# How to edit your task list

#### 1. Click on Ricotta Todos

#### 2. Go to the task list that you want to edit

#### 3. Click on More options

#### 4. Click on Edit to-do items

#### 5. Click on Select an item to edit

#### 6. Select the task item that you want to edit

#### 7. Start editing your task

#### 8. You can also set a due date for your task

#### 9. Click on Edit

#### 10. Your edited task will show up on the Home tab

If you have shared the task list in a channel, the edit will be synced automatically. If you have shared the task list in a DM, please click on the 'Sync Todo button' so that the edits show up.
