# How to access admin control settings

**PLEASE NOTE: Admin Control Settings are not available during a free trial. To test out the admin feature app, please email us.**

#### 1. Go to the Ricotta Games & Trivia Home Page

#### 2. Click on the 'Edit Settings' button

#### 3. When you see the pop-up, click on Admin Control Settings

#### 4. Make yourself the Super Admin first

#### 5. Add other admins by selecting from the list. This step is optional.

There is no upper limit to admins.

#### 6. Next, choose who can schedule and start games on your workspace

#### 7. Click on Submit

#### 8. Your settings will be updated

#### 9. Once the settings are updated, other team members will see this message when they go to the Ricotta app
