# Access Management

**Step 1:** To view the Access Management settings menu, go to the main menu of Ricotta, click on 'more options' menu and select **'Edit Settings'**

**Access Management settings** can be changed only by **Admins.** Please contact your team Admin if you wish to change the access settings.

**Step 2:** In 'Edit Settings' menu, click on **'Access Management'**

**Step 3:** Click on access categories - Company OKRs, Team OKRs or creating teams -  you wish to edit, make the necessary changes and click on 'Submit'
