How to setup Ricotta Birthdays

1. Click on the "Messages" tab

2. Go to the introduction message and click on "Add celebrations channel"

3. Start by selecting your channel settings

4. Select a channel from the drop-down menu. This will be your celebration channel where all messages will be posted.

5. Select your preferred celebration time. This is when birthday messages will be posted in the channel.

6. Select your time zone.

7. Check work anniversaries and auto-collect via DM, if preferred

8. Click on Next

9. Next, you can set your content preferences

Select your weekend or holiday settings.

Set your language and content pack, and enable/disable GIFs.

10. Click on Save

11. Your celebrations channel is now setup!

12. Next, you need to add birthdays. You can do this in three ways: Import via Excel, Auto-Collect via DM or Add Manually.

13. Go back to Home

Once you have added birthdays and work anniversary dates, you are all set up!

14. Next, you can View Upcoming Celebrations, Add Holidays and add more celebration channels from the Home tab.
