How to import birthdays via Excel

1. Go to the Ricotta app Home tab

2. Click on Import via Excel

3. Click on Download Template

4. Next, fill out the user-wise birthdays and work anniversaries as per the format

5. Once the Excel sheet is filled out, click on Upload File

6. Click on Upload File

7. Once your file is uploaded, click on submit

8. The bot will read the file, and the dates will be imported without any errors.

9. If there is an error with your dates, the bot will point out the exact error with the row number. Please fix the errors and reupload the file.
