How to auto-collect birthdays via DM

1. Go to the Ricotta app home tab

2. Click on Auto-collect in DMs

3. You will receive a message granting permission

4. Click on Send Now

5. You will see information on how many DMs were sent, skipped and failed.

DMs will not be sent to users who have opted out

6. A message will be sent to each user. in the Messages tab, prompting them to add their birthday or work anniversary dates
