# How to add birthdays manually #### 1. Go to the Ricotta app home tab

#### 2. Click on Add Celebrations Manually

#### 3. Select users from the drop-down to add their celebration dates

#### 4. Click on Next

#### 5. To add more users, you can select users from the drop-down

#### 6. Click on Submit users to add another user

#### 7. Add all the birthday and work anniversary dates by selecting the month and day from the drop-down for each user

#### 8. Click on Save celebrations

#### 9. Your celebrations for all the selected users will be saved
