# How to view opted out users
#### 1. Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab
#### 2. Click on Opted-out Users
#### **3. You will be able to see all the opted-out users**

Only users themselves can opt in and opt out. For privacy reasons, admins can only view opted-out users but cannot manage them.
