# How to set Super Admin & Admins
#### 1. Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab
#### 2. Click on Admin Controls
#### 3. Click on Search team member
#### 4. Select a Super admin from the dropdown list
#### 5. Similarly, set admins and click on Save

Once admins are configured, only admins and the super admin will have full access to the dashboard. The other members will only see My Celebrations. They can only add dates or opt out of celebrations.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, the person who makes the payment will automatically be the Super Admin of the team.

The Super admin can edit and remove admins. To change the team's Super admin, please reach out to us at .
