# How to set a celebration time for a channel or group chat
#### 1. Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab
#### 2. Go to the channel or group chat you want to add or change the celebration time for
#### 3. Click on ⚙️ Channel Settings of that channel or group chat
#### 4. Go to When should I post celebrations
#### 5. Select your preferred time. All celebrations will be posted at this time in the channel or group chat
#### 6. You can also set your team's timezone
#### 7. Click on Save Settings
#### 8. Click on ← Back
#### 9. The settings will be updated in the Home section
