# How to import via Excel

#### 1. Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab

#### 2. Click on Add Celebrations

#### 3. Click on Import via Excel

#### 4. Select the channel or group chat you want to import the birthdays for

#### 5. Click on Proceed

#### 6. To import, simply download the template, fill out the spreadsheet in the correct format and upload it

#### 8. Next, fill out the user-wise birthdays and work anniversaries as per the format

#### 9. Next, upload your file by browsing or dropping inside the box. The bot will read the file, and the dates will be imported without any errors.
