Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab Click on the Ricotta Birthday Bot tab #### 2. Click on Add Celebrations Click on Add Celebrations #### 3. Click on Add manually Click on Add manually #### 4. Click on the search users box Click on the search users box #### 5. You can select members from the dropdown. Please select up to 10 members at once. You can select members from the dropdown. If the dates are prefilled, it means the bot has previously collected dates for this user, or the user has manually added them. Add in the dates for the users #### 8. Click on Save All Celebrations Click on Save All Celebrations #### 9. This will save the dates for the users. You can simply leave the dates blank if you want to skip adding someone's birthday or work anniversary date. To add more users, click on the Search Users box again, and more users will appear in the list (up to 10 at a time) This will save the dates for the users.
